The Water Warrior
Hydro Rizzler is here to splash some smarts into your drink choices! With sugary drinks sneaking into lunchboxes, he’s on a mission to help kids build the daily habit of drinking at least 1 liter (32 oz) of water during school hours. Stay sharp, hydrated, and energized—just like Hydro!
Phyto Rizzler
The Rainbow Ranger
Phyto Rizzler is all about color and crunch! With so many kids missing out on fruits and veggies, she’s here to make eating the rainbow a delicious adventure. Her goal? Help every kid enjoy 1 fruit and 1 veggie a day during school. Taste the rainbow, power your body!
Pro Rizzler
The Protein Powerhouse
Say goodbye to carb-only meals—Pro Rizzler is bringing the muscle! She helps kids understand the power of protein and aims to make sure they get their 34 grams a day to grow strong and stay active. Beans, eggs, yogurt—she’s got your back (and your biceps).
